Room is very basic, you get what you pay for but it felt quite clinical with the soap and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. The extractor in the bathroom did not work. No plug sockets next to the bed. The room was unbelievably hot so we had to leave the window open (the small amount it could open being on the 3rd floor) and with the traffic on the road next to us it was quite noisy all night. Nice view of the river. Parking was available when we arrived at 12 noon. Overall I would not return.

Room clean and comfortable and breakfast acceptable. The rest was pretty dire! "Restaurant" more like a supermarket cafeteria and very cold as air con was set too high, toilet only worked when it felt like, bar (advertised on outside poster as open 24/7) didn't open until 5pm, outside courtyard looked down-at-heel with planters filled with dead weeds, empty bottles and tins. We knew it was rated as 'budget hotel' but photographs on the Trip Advisor site are deceptive.

The room is big and spacious. Air is fresh without air-con but would be difficult when it's hotter in the summer. The environment outside is nice especially when facing the river. The location is a bit less convenient. I didn't take the rail much as I thought, but took bus 65 most of the time instead, for Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway and Piccadilly line at South Ealing.
