Car park is insecure and vulnerable to crime. Parking machine charged my card twice the selected fee. Room and corridors were uncomfortably hot and in desperate need of air con. Bar is over-priced with watered down wine.

Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Location good. Lots of bus stops close by. Museums and kew gardens. Evening meals was bit slow due to staff shortage. Not many to hang clothes if your staying for few days. We had two rooms. One was accessible but they put us on first floor with elderly relative.did ring up before arrival to ask for ground floor for elderly relative. When arrived told all accessible rooms had been filled. But we swapped with other family member. They had family room on ground floor.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very kind, friendly and welcoming, particularly Anuja and Rayna in the restaurant at breakfast. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, which was very quiet, however very hot! - no air conditioning, just a desk fan and minimal window opening. (Anuja advised it is best to book a room on a lower floor in the summer as it is cooler) Parking at the hotel is limited, but we had no problems, also very fairly priced.

Unfortunately the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was far too hot. There was also a lot of noise from outside the hotel throughout the night. Shame as the location was really handy for Kew Gardens or the Thames Path.

Well located near the Thames and Kew, Waterman's Park just across the road great for river views, eating takeaways at the tables provided, even a quick workout with the gym equipment there. Convenient access to Kew Bridge & Brentford stations. Room clean, staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast all good - I think it's OK to take out the odd apple for eating later but perhaps not to daily fill up water bottles with fruit juice from the breakfast bar - this may have resulted in the drink in the dispenser being diluted for the next few days (though maybe water used to flush out machine from time to time?)No air conditioning in the standard rooms- uk climate means this often isn't needed, but an electric fan was provided which helped. You get a couple of coffee and tea sachets-if you want more ask for them. Same for shower gel etc. Outside kept neat and tidy. Didn't dine or drink in.

Not the best experience. I paid extra for early check in from 12.00. I arrived at around 13.00pm and the reception was deserted. It was like a ghost hotel. I waited and waited, rang the phone number multiple times, press the buzzer many times, no answer. Waited in total around 30 mins to someone to turn up, in the hottest day of the year, after travelling all day and already running late for my next meeting. When finally the receptionist appeared he told me that they didn't know if they had any rooms ready so I had to further wait for him to find a room for me. You would think that if they have early check ins booked in their system they could have acted better. I ended up very late for my meeting. I complained to travelodge and they did not offer to refund me for the early check in fee, but they asked me to leave feedback in TripAdvisor, so here we are. Besides this, the stay wasn't that pleasant. Tiny room on top floor, really warm and stuffy, tiny bathroom, door almost hitting toilet, poorly laid out. Overall, I will never stay again at this travelodge and will recommend to my organisation to avoid it in future

Stayed for most of a week, parking was available with spare spaces all week. Quiet neighbourhood but easy bus links to wherever required. Team member Jeff was very polite and serviced the bar/restaurant well. Fan was provided in room and was very useful as no Aircon in rooms.

I am a frequent guest at this Travelodge and I can only say good things about it. The manager Mike is such a nice accommodating guy, Justina and Lorraine the breakfast staff are so friendly and offer great service as well as putting on an amazing spread! All the staff in general go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel is always clean, it’s in a great convenient location, I couldn’t recommend this Travelodge enough.
