My friend hired this place out for a private party and it did not disappoint. The place is gorgeous. Super clean and the rooms and cottages are absolutely amazing. Well equipped and comfortable. My room was massive! The hosts are the nicest people I've ever met. Friendly, welcoming and can't do enough for you. We all said we would love to do it again, perhaps make it a yearly event! Breakfast was delicious, coffee was spot on. Fantastic weekend here thank you Charles and Charlotte for making my friends 40th a stay to remember :)

We loved our stay at Breedon Hall, it exceeded our expectations. The hall can only be described as splendid . Our beds where so comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, our hosts Charles & Charlotte very accommodating. I loved the homely feel , lush sofas, beautifully behaved dogs for us just perfect, we would definitely go back.

We stayed one night at Breedon Hall and couldn’t speak more highly of the accommodation and hosts. Beautiful bedroom and en suite, very comfortable bed and had a fab nights sleep. Lovely breakfast in the morning enjoyed in the kitchen with other guests and Charles and Caroline the hosts and their dogs. Would stay again and highly recommend.

If you’re looking stately, refined, relaxing stay in the English countryside then Breedon Hall is the place! Sophisticated charm including personal touches by the owners make you feel right at home. Charlotte prepares you a wonderful 5 star breakfast. Sites to take in are Blenheim Castle, Stoneliegh Abbey. We caught a theatrical performance in Derby and experienced a world class Symphony in Birmingham attend by the Duke of Edinburgh. The home’s decor is beautiful and parking is easy. We highly recommend this Manor House.

A beautiful place to stay with great hosts, we stayed for two nights & were made very welcome. The room was perfect & Breedon Hall itself is full of character - there’s even a great pub on the doorstep. Well worth a stay & we will definitely be staying again soon.

Historic appeal of this lovely restored Georgian house. A real sense of quietness and spaciousness. Best of all was the warm hearted hospitality. We also benefited from the location providing easy driving to meetings in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

The building and walled garden are majestic. The interiors furnished as they should be for a Georgian home. It felt like home the second we walked through the front door. Our hosts Charlotte and Charles were perfection personified and the breakfasts were outstanding. A special shout out to the most lovely couple of spaniels, Luca and Snaffle. It's a venue we will definitely be going back to this year.

Three very comfortable days staying here. The hosts were very welcoming; the highlight possibly Charlotte’s breakfasts. Our room was very spacious, bright bathroom. Coming out in the morning we were usually greeted by the dogs, who escorted us downstairs! Convenient pub at the bottom of the drive and some good walks. Easy access to the M1.

Thank you Charlotte & Charles for the loveliest of stays at Breedon Hall this week. I really felt like I was staying with family and friends rather than in a B&B. Such a warm and friendly welcome, with a cozy room that was perfect for myself. Super comfy beds and top quality bedding allowed me a couple of fabulous nights rest after a very busy schedule at work. Breakfast was perfect - I had the Greek yoghurt, fresh berries and granola with some sourdough & avocado to follow. We shared a really good giggle over some stories at breakfast too… all that and the added bonus of Luna the dog and her beautiful litter of 4 day old puppies just made for an exceptional stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I would certainly love to come and visit again. Thanks again, Pollyanna x
