호텔 아르마티(Hotel Armatti)

I booked a double room for one person. At the check in I was told by a man that I have to pay 3 lei at checkout, a tourist tax, however, at the checkout I was told by a woman that I have to pay for 2 people because I rented a double room. She was rude, careless and had that stupid attitude saying that she will have a word with her colleagues because it is unacceptable to pay for one person. The hotel is nice, but my 2 stars is for unprofessional staff and very bad WiFi

The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the old town and right next to a bus station at Livada Poștei, which is convenient when you need to quickly get to places like the train station. It's clean and fresh. We stayed on the third floor and had a view of Mount Tâmpa (the Brasov sign). One review mentioned not wanting the housekeeping staff to touch their belongings, but we have no issue with that. We try to tidy up our things before leaving for the day, but if they rearrange them, we're only happy and pleased. :) Thank you for a great stay; we love Brașov and will be back with our car since we noticed you have convenient parking.

I booked a double room on their site. Very amiable personnel. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Comfortable temperature in winter time. Good breakfast. Limited parking lots, paid. Centrally positioned - 10 minutes from the central square.

Great location near Old Town that offers monitored parking for €10/night (a steal). Huge rooms, hot water, affordable rates. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel room. AC was advertised on the website, it was broken when we stayed there. Brought it up with ******* and the hotel, hotel staff actually lied to ******* on the phone saying they disclosed it at check in, extremely poor customer service and would not give a discount. Would not stay here again for that reason (room was 85 degrees F until about 2 AM making it hard to sleep), poor customer service, only bad experience we had in two weeks in Romania. Don’t expect the staff to be helpful if an issue arises.

It's in the middle of the city, but it has a nice view. We had a great experience in this hotel, it's clean and the food is good. There are many restaurants all over the hotel and we had short walks in the old town center.

Albergo ben strutturato con persone competente e molto gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente perché è proprio al centro di Brasov. Vicino c’è un bel parco. Le camere sono comode e viene servita una ottima colazione
