Bed and pillows are comfortable, breakfast is ok , direct TV channels , staff was a little preoccupied but OK 

The accommodation was very clean and the staff were very tired. I want to use this accommodation again.

在這裏住了七天，總體不錯乾淨衞生，就是服務不是最好的，早餐比較簡單。一千多一晚點酒店，要是在中國可以吃到非常豐富的早餐了，可是這裏，連續七天吃同樣簡單的早餐，有點受不了。

適合出差trip，有免費早餐喝咖啡👍 比較簡單的酒店，房間裏還挺乾淨

The two employees that made breakfast the three days we were there where the most sweetest accommodating employees we encountered. The ice machine would drop ice very loudly at 1am, 3am and it being directly outside my room door it woke me. The pool was a little dirty had way to much chlorine and bleach and was about a foot and a half low of water. The beds were so comfortable. I would return.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. The room was comfortable and had nice amenities. Very relaxing stay overall. Will be back if needed. Willing to drive the extra distance if needed to stay at this property!

The hotel is okay. It had the basic necessities we needed during our short stay in Braselton.

The hotel was well maintained. It was a comfortable room and well suited for my overnight stay. I will stay again if doing business in town.

The hotel itself was fine. Good location, clean, breakfast was good. Good facilities as well. What let us down was the housekeeping. We stayed there for 5 nights and it ranged from bad to non existent from day to day. One day they came in and emptied bins only. Another day they did not change towels. Another day they forgot to replen coffee. Our beds were not touched throughout the stay. Mentioned it to a lady at reception and next day housekeeping did not do anything at all. The person that checked us in was fantastic but unfortunately I did not get to speak to him about the issue until the very last night we were there so not much he could do by that point. Shame about the housekeeping because the hotel itself was good.

The front reception area could use a bit of sprucing up. The floor was in need of a good vacuum as was the area outside of the elevators. However, the room was clean which is what really counts with me. The pillows and mattress could have been more comfortable, but it was acceptable for a one night stay for work.

Over all great, but the beds could have been a bit better and all the plastic at breakfast is just eco-unfriendly!

The hotel lobby was nice. The free breakfast was good with lots of options. The room itself could have been a little more clean. The bathroom had mold on the caulking. The pool room and pool bathroom were very dirty.

The lobby, elevator and hallways were so heavy with mold, I could not breath. Thank goodness the room was not so bad. Had to use my nebulizer. Didn’t know how to get out of deal when the room was paid for. Dangerous to health!

Great stay. Spacious lobby - reminds me of cruise ship. Great hot breakfast, well stocked. Open til 10:20 on weekend. Our room was quite spacious Visited family in the area. Check out the Irish pub - Paddy's - at the winery!
