This place has no license for American Patriot Hotels nor Oak Grove from what our understanding is. They are constantly renting these rooms. Owner is no where to be found. Amazing how this works out.

I checked in at 8pm and was told they would not bill me till 8am the next day. Their site attempted to charge my credit card for $85 dollars at 8pm, 10pm, 12am. Also, for the room at 10:15 pm. It did not go through since I had the wrong address on DL. I gave them cash at 10pm and called my Credit card to find out why it was denied. After finding out what had happened, I canceled my Credit Card. Very inconvenient since I had just started my trip. They also submitted my card to be put on their permeant site so they could charge me again at a later time. I do not recommend you giving them your Credit Card until they figure out what glitch they have in their system. The Hotel was OK. It was clean and the staff friendly. They had no telephone to call the front desk, which was inconvenient, since they wanted their money after I had gone to bed and the only way I could complain was in person or walk to the office. I cannot say I would go again, but I wish them well.

Under new management and is well kept and clean. Would highly recommend. Equipped with ice machine, coin-operated washer//dryer, and soda machine. Hotel backs up to go-carts with music that plays throughout the day. Nice place to stay. Rooms are checked weekly. Great location.

This is where we always stay , it’s just a shame that it has different owners every time we show up, this year was the worst ,pool was not open for first part of vacation , stupid rules on so many bath towels you can have , nit picky on the towels for sure , the customer care is lacking with this current owner , it’s just a shame you would think that a hotel with this location would be a lot better at customer service and caring for people ! If I owned it there would definitely be some major changes , also we used to buy all our show tickets on the phone and have them delivered to the hotel but of course this year they don’t do that anymore .. definitely needs a complete makeover , maybe it will end up on one of those shows that remake a struggling hotel .. but like always we will probably stay there next time like we always do , when the pool is open you can’t beat the pool it is great !!

We reserved two rooms for 2 nights. We get there and the front desk told us that the city shut them down for the weekend or until they could get an inspection done. She offered to help us find another room. Thankfully we were able to stay at the Branson King and Suites.

PLEASE READ SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THE OAK GROVE INN. So much went on at this 1 horrible hotel so it might be a long read.... Upon arriving here to check in I notice a lot of people traveling together (from St. Luis) visibly upset they seen me going in and said good luck the owner randomly canceled our booking and won't give us our money back.... so they did what anyone would do and called the cops. They waited outside after she was VERY HATEFUL and kicked them out of her lobby. I get checked in and before im handed my key the worker says ill be right back im gonna check the room. He comes back and says the toilets kinda nasty and doesn't flush properly but I can try to fix it for you if you want... 🤦‍♀️ So I go get into the room check out the bathroom and yes it was DISGUSTING! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. I check beds for bugs like I do ANY HOTEL and Immediately see them when I pull back the sheets. I grab my stuff and get out of there as quickly as I can when I get to the office there are cops out there talking to the people who from St. Luis. I asked them how I go about getting my money back (because I've never been in this situation) and the cop says "ill go with you so you can explain the situation we have been here before dealing with this lady" So I go inside and tell them that I simply cannot stay here because there are BUGS in my room 🙃 the front desk lady says hold on I gotta get the owner so she can refund you. So the owner comes out and starts yelling saying I don't have bed bugs and the cop says "you don't have to act like that all she wants is her money back because she SEEN the bugs". Well that makes her MAD and she begins being HATEFUL to the cop and kicks him out of the lobby and says just wait im calling my attorney to him. 🤦‍♀️ shes done dealing with her complaining customers so she gathers her employees and they locks themselves in the office to never come out again as I waited for a refund... while I'm sitting outside waiting for them to come out of the office a couple who had been staying there comes up to me and says "what in the world is going on here? This is the second night I've stayed here and seen cops here both times"... I explained my situation and he says he wants to talk to the owner and notices there's no one there I explain to him they have locked themselves in the office and haven't came out. I waited about 40 min for someone to come out and nothing ever happened so I left and called ***********. there's a picture attached to their response about me getting money back they said the owner won't answer them through phone call or email which DOES NOT SURPRISE ME ONE BIT because the group of ppl from St. Luis also booked through *********** and the lady was on the phone with customer service while they were trying to call the hotel to speak to the owner and she sat in the office letting her phone ring away. I enjoy how people come.together and help each other out. It really is like family. I have really enjoyed my time and fellowship with the people there. I like the options of having community meals....

Made reservation for over 4th of July holiday. Family member read previous reviews regarding bed bugs, vagrants on property, police at hotel, etc. Called hotel back to discuss concerns. Never got to speak to manager. She was never there to take my call and never returned my call at agreed upon time. Then, no one would answer the phone at all, just went to a recording. Finally, I called and spoke with Lexi at front desk and asked her to cancel my reservation. She said she can only answer phones and take reservations. She is not authorized to cancel reservations. She did not know their reservation policy. She said cancelations had to go through the manage, Misty. I told her I cannot speak to Misty and she doesn't return my calls. She said she would leave a note for Misty to call me...that never happened! Then, I read on Trip Advisor, they were closed by the health dept! When I get my credit card statement, they have charged me for the full reservation! I was successful in disputing those charges. There are many other hotels in Branson that don't cause these kind of problems. In my opinion, I would never even consider giving this hotel my information again.

We arrived close to five PM to check in. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet. They would call my cell when it was ready. They gave me my key. They called it was ready. We finished our purchase at store when and came back. THEY HAD GIVEN lSOMEONE ELSE OUR ROOM!! Good thing this girl had the y security lock on. My husband went to straighten it out. OVER AN HOUR WENT BY. They couldn’t figure out if they had any clean rooms. SEVEN PM AND THEY DON’T KNOW IF THEY HAVE ANY CLEAN ROOMS????!!!!! Exit husband. Enter me. Long story short I demanded a refund (which will take 5-6 days to tpost!). She didn’t even offer me a receipt for the credit till I demanded it because I said I didn’t trust them. Nice, tense evening to celebrate our 45th anniversary DO NOT STAY THERE
