This hotel was so dirty. The carpet was nasty we didn’t walk around barefoot. Very out dated. Ants all over the room. We had a conjoined room ants all over that room too. Silverfish in the rooms. If your care about cleanliness don’t stay here. We didn’t even stay out last night that’s how bad this place smelled. Our room 330&332 we’re right by where the employees smoke outside so our whole rooms smelled like cigarettes when we had the air turned on. Worst/ dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is centrally located with good access. It is older and in need of a refresh. Everything seemed to be done on the cheap. I’ve eaten a lot of hotel breakfasts and generally like them. Not this one. Waffle mix had no flavor. My husband said the sausage and eggs were tasteless. No fresh fruit other than apples and oranges, which were individually wrapped in plastic wrap (as were the coffee cups!). Very bad for the environment and not necessary. The bed was awful. It had a sort of mattress pad cover that bunched up under us. The sheets didn’t stay put. Finally, housekeeping…we were told it was no problem to have housekeeping. On our second evening I called the desk and requested it for the next day. I was assured it would happen. It didn’t. We went out in the morning, returning about 6 hours later. I went to the desk and the clerk said the room had been cleaned. I told her it had not been. She was going to “check on it”. Two hours later my husband returned to the desk and was told the room had been cleaned. He told them it had not been. At that point it was 5:00 so we gave up and just asked for clean towels and trash pickup. We won’t stay at this hotel again.

Location: The hotel is off the main drag, but very close to it. So there isn't a lot of traffic which is very nice. The Hotel: Very Nice Hotel. Clean room. Not going to mention which room I had but it was the perfect location, big room, quite, no traffic, nice view, best spot in the hotel. Bed/ pillow, and comforter was very comfortable. I was happy with everything in the room. Breakfast: Breakfast was just OK, my first time ever eating a hotel breakfast but I assume its the standard free breakfast, the best thing was the waffle. My wife loved the free coffee/lemon water. Swimming Pool: The pool hot tub was nice. Last few visits to Branson the hotel I stayed at ALWAYS had issues with the pool and hot tub, so it was nice actually getting to use it. Game Room: The game room was a bit of a disappointment. The pool sticks are horribly bad. Several of the machines took my money, we lost $2-3, the racing game constantly rebooted. Staff: The few staff we had contact with were all very friendly and helpful... wish I would have gotten her name but the woman on the day shift (longish gray hair) who checked us in really stood out. Make her a manager, if she isn't. Overall we were very happy here and I I recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We have stayed here several times in the past and it is still just as nice now as then. The staff are very helpful, there are breakfast choices for both hot and cold items and the pool area looked very inviting, although we did not utilize it this time. The parking area is very well lit and it's away from Highway 76 to not be noisy. We would definitely stay again on a trip to Branson.

It was adequate, we only stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was ok, had a few good choices. Our rooms need some updating. The staff was very nice. Our rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows too flimsy. The dining area was kept very clean. Breakfast was also adequate.

A good hotel in the music capital a short distance from all areas the staff att frount desk were very friendly helpful a good night's sleep clean, comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay included breakfast the manager should be proud of your staff at a budget hotel well done

Clean, quiet and comfortable. A hot breakfast is served daily and was the same for each of the 5 days we stayed: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, small muffins, bread to toast, waffle maker, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub but can be viewed from above in the breakfast dining area and looked nice. Housekeeping is available but must be requested. Our room was noticeably very humid at all times but it was hot outside so maybe that was just a seasonable issue. We did feel "moist" all the time in our room. It is a good location in that you can enter and leave with little traffic which is a plus in Branson.

We stayed 4 nights and were really impressed with this hotel. Very clean and well maintained and reasonably priced. Loved the great friendly customer service, especially Allan who was so helpful checking in over the phone. The breakfasts were great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is located within easy access to attractions and restaurants. Would stay there again!!

Our second time to stay at this hotel and we were pleased. Comfortable and quiet rooms with plenty of towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot Continental breakfast with selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, plenty of coffee and juices. Would stay here again
