Charming 3-bedroom house centrally located in Brandon, FL

Will definitely book there again! I just had the best stay at this VRBO that I absolutely loved! The place was gorgeous and had such a warm, inviting feel. It was super clean and had everything one could possibly need, making it feel like a real home and not just a hotel room. The host was really great too—very responsive and quick to help out when we had a small issue. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The area felt really safe, so we could explore without any worries. Plus, being able to wash and dry our clothes before we left was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Overall a nice stay Overall, we had a lovely stay. The house was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed for a short stay. Aaron was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. It's important to note that the shower in the house is highly recommended! It's almost like a "wellness area." The only drawback, which we were aware of in advance, was the main road right outside the front door. It was very noisy. But as I said, we knew there was a road there. Otherwise, everything was fine. Amazing house. Very spacious. It has everything her needed. Perfectly located and very clean. Looking to rent it again next year. The host was amazing also.

Escaped the MidWest Cold The house is updated, well equipped for cooking & accommodates 6 adults well. Quick access to major roadways makes getting around easy. Good communication regarding check in & needs. We will keep this property in mind for future trips.

Great place to stay! We stayed at Aaron’s place while playing in a senior softball tournament in the area. The house was great and there are several things to do and places to eat close by. We had a great time and our host responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. The water would get cold when taking multiple showers back to back but not a dealbreaker. We would stay again. Thanks Aaron, for the use of your beautiful house.

Price, Clean,Modern my family age 75,79, 49, 17, and 15 traveled to Tampa for soccer tournament which was 15 minutes away! Location was great within 10 minutes to anywhere you can think of, only downfall was the house sat on a four-lane highway, (circle drive which made the experience to get in and out so much easier). which the travel traffic was a little loud at night, but we did buy a sound machine, and that helped a little but.we do come from a street in a rual community that has maybe 10 cars come by a day! Aaron the property owner has remodeled, updated and is still in the process of remodeling. It seems, there are no construction areas in the home. We just noticed a little room off the kitchen that he has been working on. It looks like a little sitting room or an extra bedroom, which will be very nice one day, there's so much potential in the house and beautiful back screen porch will be nice one day with furniture-I hope..There is already a little kitchen out there, which I don't know if it works. The backyard is flat. It has some vinyl fencing that needs to be put up. Very beautiful modern home-showers favorite! I am hoping he adds, couple sound machines, extra covers, pillows, a hair dryer, long mirrors in rooms-4 ladies need more than a small bathroom mirrors! Theprice was right for sure, so clean. Would we stay again! Yes, we would!
