I had a brilliant stay at the Premier Inn Central, the room was spotless, the staff were brilliant, breakfast was delicious. I cannot compliment it enough! Every time I come to Carlisle I will always stay here.

A warm and friendly welcome at the desk of this Prem. The hotel itself feels a bit well worn and tired but comfortable. We ate next door but wouldn't bother again, same old processed offerings you get from all these chain pubs. This was a convenient stopover for us.

The staff here were brilliant. The room was clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the fridge and the air conditioning as it was a hot May this year. The location was perfect for our planned activities along Hadrians Wall and the Lake District. The staff who serviced our room (Beth, Vicki C., and Denise) did a fabulous job.

I found the Room to be Clean and Comfortable and Functional for all my needs, WiFi was very good, Staff were friendly and helpful, Food in Restaurant was decent and reasonably priced, all in all an enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again.

Premier Inn always give a comfortable rest and everything you need for a quick stay. Carlisle also gave a friendly welcome too and everything was as expected. My only disappointment was the location- it is described as Carlisle central and it is actually a long walk away. We did manage to take the bus into the centre of town which works well especially as it was rainy.
