Very warm and welcoming staff, very helpfully and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable, Gracey on the reception desk has been a absolute dimon.

The restaurant was a shambles. Booked a table for 1, solo traveller for 7pm and didn't put in my order until 8:30pm. Food was great when it arrived, the waitresses, Alison and Sophie, were run ragged! This is a management issue, not the staff. When 5 or 6 tables of patrons get together and laugh about the issue, it's worse than bad. It's a comedy show. Management need to sort it before the decent members of staff leave too......

We are all different, so it maybe perfect for you, but, the room temp was set at 22c which is too hot for us, leaving the options of the worlds noisiest fan or having the window open. From 01:00 in the morning it was like a scene from Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds, seagulls screeching and keeping us awake. Dozed until 05:00 being woken up every 20 mins as they kicked off again, so gave it up as a bad job. We won’t be staying there again. The restaurant and staff were lovely so that is why they have 3 stars instead of 1.

Still not impressed here, stayed at various Premier Inns in the past for work and all have been pleasant. This however lets the company down. Food dreadful either over cooked or uncooked and room isn’t very clean. Only bear minimal cleaning

Gave in twice trying to get a drink at the bar as the person working had to go to the cellar, go to speak to the mananager, didn't have what I asked for. When we went for dinner we ordered drinks from the waiting staff. After waiting 30 minutes we went and picked up the drinks we ordered from the bar ourself. Starters took 40 minutes to arrive. Another guest entered our room using a key while we were in bed. No one on the front desk for over 20 minutes at night even although the bell was used many times and asked the bar staff to get someone. The staff were great and worked hard but there just isn't enough of them.
