Cannot fault the staff they were lovely friendly and really helpful and made our stay. The hotel itself could do with a revamp even if it’s just to install air con. We’ve stayed at a couple of premier inn’s in Essex and it’s always sweltering when we do. The room was clean and the shower was good, also plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast at the neighbouring establishment was ok. Probably not worth the price charged if I’m honest. But as I said the staff made our stay, they were all extremely helpful and nice.

Stayed here with friends for one night, check in and out process was very easy. This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms. Rooms were well cleaned. The Staff are very friendly, and they make you feel very welcome. I would definitely come back again.

Lovely hotel nice change to be welcomed when ee got there lovely friendly staff ,room was great warm and cosy ,lovey atmosphere will definitely be back such a confident location for all the shops and also breakfast was great such a well run hotel

Plenty of parking, missed the entrance in the evening dark as appears straight off a round-about and no visible signage. Warm welcome from staff, quick check-in however was very disapppinted that no cot was available even though this was requested when booking. Room was very cold and did not warm up. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great hotel, have stayed a few times and each time the service is better with added extras. We went over Easter and the children were spoilt with little Easter treats and an activity bag to enjoy. The staff were lovely and the room was set up perfectly and cleaned to a high standard.
