부르구스 트리뷰트 & 디자인 호텔(Burgus Tribute & Design Hotel)

This was our third time staying at the Burgus Tribute hotel and, once again, we were extremely happy with the experience. From the rooms that are comfortable and smartly designed, to the amazing breakfasts. But the best part of staying here is the service. Everyone at Burgus Tribute are extremely nice and helpful. Braga is a gorgeous destination, and this hotel is located at its heart. Can’t recommend it enough!

This lovely, well designed, clean and very centrally located hotel deserves 5 stars based on those criteria alone. However, the staff made our stay particularly enjoyable - Leonel was so very helpful facilitating travel logistics, and I’m embarrassed to say I don’t recall the name of the young woman who was also very welcoming and fun to talk with. When we come back to Braga we will be staying here.

Small hotel in the centre of Braga, just 14 rooms. Each room has been decorated by a different artist. I stayed in room 12 which had excellent view over the town. On Mondays their restaurant is closed but the helpful reception staff directed me to the Diana restaurant just a few yards away where I enjoyed a very goodmeal. However the next day I ate at the hotel. The menu is not as expansive but there is something for everyone. I had some olives, a tomato and mozzarella salad and veal steak all of which I found excellent. I heartily recommend the Burgus Tribute and Design hotel.

Very central hotel in Braga, Portugal Lots of restaurants and town centre and historic areas in easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff

This hotel is beautiful and modern. Great location within walking distance to many attractions and old town. Daniel and Mariana were helpful with where to park and restaurants. If you are driving call well in advance to reserve parking. They only have 2 spots.

We spent two nights in the Loft Suite at Burgus- it was simply amazing! The staff, the room, the location- all of it was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the morning breakfast was extremely delightful. Definitely request the parking spot for $10EUR a day- well worth it! On our way out, while we wanted to enjoy a bit more of the city- the staff extended our check out, held our bags and allowed us to continue to have the parking spot until about 2:30. Super accommodating and very friendly. This is a must stay. Braga is a MUST see all around and this location makes you enjoy Braga that much more. We will be back!

We just spent a night here in Braga, and wow! Everything at the hotel was outstanding. Firstly, the staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us find a spot for dinner, make reservations, and even helped us pay a parking ticket (our fault)! The breakfast at the hotel offered a perfect selection to start the day. Everything was delicious!! The room itself was a suite and incredibly comfortable and very modern. We got a great night’s sleep with no outside noise despite the central location. We had two full bathrooms. One had a tub for me and a shower for my spouse. Thanks to access to the elevator, both floors of the suite are accessible. The location of the hotel can’t be beat. We recommend dinner across the street—best steak ever!! About a block and a half away, I found a lovely boutique where I got something for me and gifts to take to friends. I highly recommend strolling around the area in the morning when the locals are walking dogs and strollers or meeting friends for an espresso in a cafe. Braga is lovely. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so lovely!!

One of the best I've stayed in in Portugal (or anywhere else) at any price point. Great experience. Fabulous friendly but unobtrusive service. Nicely set up, clean comfortable room. Hotel is close to the centre (not hard as Braga is a small place). We had the duplex two bed room which is great for a family. Breakfast is served to 11am which is a nice touch when your feeing lazy/ jet lagged or disorganised. The hotel only has two car parking spots (EUR 10/ day). Best to book one if you need to. But you can park free on the street overnight (until 9am) even in central Braga. There are plenty of off-street parking garages for a fee, but the central paid street parking zone is v small, a 10min walk takes you outside this, and you can then park all day for free.

Wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart of the city center. Rooms are spacious and really comfortable! We stayed in a suite with 2 floors, the upper floor was a living area with couch, tv, dining table and second bathroom. Breakfast was awesome, made to order! The staff was incredible, super friendly and helpful! They have two parking spaces which you can reserve in advance, I would highly recommend it. We did and were very happy as parking on the street is challenging, there is a parking garage a couple blocks away but expensive and inconvenient. Braga is a wonderful city so much to see, wonderful history, amazing restaurants we enjoyed it even more than Porto!
