Lovely 3/2 house located in the Heart Of Boynton beach just 5 mins away from the beautiful beach !!! This home is easy to get to off of 95 and is spacious and private. Oversized tropical backyard and Heated Salt system pool are just so perfect for Florida stay. The property features splendid backyard with a BBQ grill, a dining table, toys for kids and lots of chill spaces. Great for a girl's weekend, snowbirds, kid friendly.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).We are not allow pets on the furniture..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No pets on the furniture. Pets are not allowed to pee or poop in the backyard. Wonderful Stay, Great Host Not being at all familiar with the Boynton Beach area, we rented this home to be close to friends staying in the area. We were very pleased with our decision to choose this rental. This home had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. The neighborhood is quiet and the location to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach was so convenient. We really enjoyed the back yard pool!! The patio area was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner/cocktails in the evening. The back yard feels like your own private park. The host was very helpful and communicated with us immediately if we had questions. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in the Boynton Beach area.
