Newly updated Contemporary Townhouse! Beautiful townhouse overlooking the golf course on stunning Seabrook Island. This lovely home has one bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom that includes a bathtub, off the bedroom. The main floor has a lovely living room and an incredible kitchen. There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker). The Ethan Allen furniture is all new and high quality (with a Queen sofa bed) and comfy King bed upstairs. Linens and towels are all great quality. In addition, we are pet friendly, and well behaved pets are welcomed. Come out and enjoy this wonderful Island!! Beach Cruiser bikes are complimentary as well as beach accessories (beach chairs and beach towels). Hosts live nearby and we want to make your stay memorable. This island is very family friendly with lots of wonderful amenities including multiple pools and work out facilities that are available to our guests. You really do not have to stay on the beach to enjoy this beautiful island (most everything is very close to the beach!). This townhouse is also very close to all the Beach House pool amenities and the Pelicans Nest as well as the Lake House.
