Only four people are welcome to stay and no pets (don’t ask) no additional guest at any time. It’s a small lake community with private but not large yards where sounds travel so no music or laud conversations outside after 9pm, please. No candles inside the house – outside fire pit with plenty of firewood is available. No smoking inside either. Please try to use fireplace not more than 3-4 hours a day. During winter keep thermostats at 75 degree or less. The rest is very easy: when taking a shower please turn on the fan, when using a grill please turn on the fan and gas line - after you are done - turn it off. During check out turn off A/Cs and TVs (don't forget to sign off from all the networks you've watched during the stay) but other than that you don’t have to do any cleaning – you’ve paid for it.
