The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a newly renovated fenced backyard that includes a back deck with grill and hot tub, a patio with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing in privacy. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door. We currently have plans for converting the 1st floor bath to a full bath, the construction will not interfere with any stays and is scheduled to be complete by the end of June.Upstairs are two large bedrooms each with their own mini-split A/C, each with a king bed, large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet.Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet), there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play.
