Turn off all TV's and the fireplace when leaving the home.Turn off all lights & lock all doors to the front, back and patio when leaving. Place trash in a garbage bag and put inside the trash can outside. The gate code will need to be entered after 8:00pm-7:00am. Property Access:NOTE: For your Safety, Maintenance may need to occur during your stay. All efforts will be made to avoid coming inside unless it is an Emergency.
