A remodeled and well appointed kitchen allows for home cooked meals which can be enjoyed around the indoor dining room table and breakfast bar. If you're still not tired of the outdoors after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking, enjoy dining and that glass of wine or Colorado craft beer on our back deck or flagstone patio. Our patio is set-up for outdoor living in the summer and Fall months with a gas grill, chaise lounge and a fire pit great for toasting smores. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash. Don't want to leave fido at home?
