We are thrilled to be back online after Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022, and to welcome you back to our beach sanctuary! The island remains under construction and re-building, and restaurants and the grocery store are a short drive away. During our downtime, we took the opportunity to make some updates to our condo, including all new cabinets, stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. Our balcony overlooks the Gulf’s sunsets and the island’s bird and turtle sanctuary. Just steps from our building are seven miles of pristine beach for you to discover. Enjoy time sitting in the sand with a book or a walk, collecting a variety of shells along the way. Our favorite activity in the area is paddle boarding in and around Lovers Key State Park, just a mile south of the condo. We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler, as well as soaps and laundry essentials. In the event you want to stay inside, there are books, games and a 50” smart TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime (for those with accounts). High-speed Wi-Fi is available for you to use during your stay. You will also have access to the onsite outdoor pool, tennis court, and brand-new pickle ball courts. We take extra steps to assure cleanliness and your safety while you are here and disinfect the condo’s furnishings, kitchenware, and beach paraphernalia. All linens are changed with each guest, even unused ones in the closets, (sheets, towels, beach towels, and bedding including mattress pad and duvet). **In-season rentals (December through April) require a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Not up for cooking? Santini Marina Plaza is located directly across the street (not fully operational yet) with multiple restaurants to choose from. If you'd like to venture out, the island offers many delicious food options all along Estero Blvd and near Times Square. Our favorite place to eat is at Oliver's across the street and of course the best Ice Cream ever right next door.Load and head downstairs with the provided beach chairs, towels and cooler for an afternoon on the beach. If you want to take a break from the sand you can relax by the heated pool on one of the many chaise lounges.Along with the heated pool, Estero Beach and Tennis Club offers many amenities for our guests. There are tennis courts , new Pickle Ball and shuffle board for some fun and exercise away from the beach. The complex is situated on the south end of the island and is a short walk, drive or trolley ride to several restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, boat rentals, water sports and so much more.If you'd like to spend some time indoors, there are games, cards and a 50" television for your enjoyment. This popular ground floor unit features a primary bedroom with queen bed and new memory foam mattress and the bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware. The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.
