Holly Haven is a privately owned, pet-friendly home tucked away from the hustle & bustle but central to Downtown Asheville, bin Black Mountain, Biltmore Forest, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A Ring doorbell camera is unmonitored but provides added security and on-demand communication with the host in the event of an accidental lockout.The foyer is both welcoming and functional, with benches and hooks for your bags and coats, as well as a full-size stacked front-loading washer and dryer. Shoes are encouraged to be removed to help maintain a clean space for you. As you walk in, the home's expansive windows will take your breath away. An open-concept layout with a chef's kitchen overlooking the dining and living room creates a spacious, yet cozy environment.
