Each bedroom has a bathroom, so there's no need to worry about sharing facilities.One of the highlights of this lake house is its deep water access, perfect for avid boaters and water enthusiasts. A spacious two-story dock allows plenty of room for sunbathing, swimming, and simply enjoying the water. The swim deck and swim ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water. There is one slip available if you would like to bring your own boat or rental. 4 adult life jackets and 1 child life jacket are provided.A favorite feature of the house is the breathtaking sunsets, creating an unforgettable backdrop for evening gatherings. All are full size tournament style tables.THE SPACEThe house is really big (3900sqft including the finished basement)Every room has a smart TV and 4 of the bedrooms have king beds with the other one having 6 twin beds. The master bedroom and the basement both have views of the water from the rooms. There are patios on the basement and the main level that overlook the water.There is also a set of washer / dryers on the main level as well as another set in the basement allowing you to keep up with the laundry on big trips.GUEST ACCESS:Guests have access to everything aside from the cleaning / owner closet.Check in / check out is keyless locks with door codes The guests are able to do everything on their own.We added 4 kayaks that the guest can rent for the duration of their stay for $100 flat fee for all 4.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:As with some lake houses, the driveway is steep. However, we have added a parking lot at street level that is perfectly level and can accommodate multiple trucks and boats as well as other vehicles. The upper parking lot has stairs down to the house that allow easy access. There is also a two car garage that is accessible if needed.We have installed a Level 2 EV Charger. It is a J1772 connector (non Tesla) and charges at 50A. We also provide the adapter to charge Teslas.
