This beautiful lakefront home sits on one of the best locations on Higley Flow, located at the base of the Adirondack Park - and is near popular hiking & snowmobile trails, including Higley Flow State Park. From the living room, sliding doors provide access to a large deck overlooking the water. Also on the main floor is a primary bedroom with sunroom, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and additional full bathroom with laundry. The Game Room in the basement is fun for all with a pool table, Wii and Xbox 360. A half bathroom is also on the basement level.
