Of course the lake is the best summer adventure, but fall, winter, and spring can be the perfect time for hiking, off-roading, campfires, wildlife viewing, family holiday gatherings, etc. That being said, we do not control the water levels and cannot guarantee you will be able to access the house by water. Unless there is a drought, there is generally 15-20' of water from early May through mid to late August. Minimum age for the primary renter must be 28 or older. Rules: >> Per HOA rules, there is no parking at the road. All vehicles and boat trailers must be parked down at the house. The driveway is steep but no need to be afraid of it, vehicles of all shapes and sizes are able to navigate it safely.>> No parties or excessive noise. >> No pets or emotional support animals allowed. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.>> Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. We love sharing it with you, but it takes TLC on everyone's part to keep it maintained for future guests. >> Beginning in 2025, most reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day will be 7 night minimum with check in/out on Fridays.
