The ability to close off living area and bedroom for maximum privacy. The house is furnished with 3 queen beds and one full bed, sleeps 8 people easily, 10 if someone doesn't mind sleeping on an air mattress or pull out couch. The grounds provide a 14,000 gallon koi pond, large patio with bar, table and chairs, large yard, barn, riding ring and an array of rescue animals of various kinds.
