The Barn at Toad Hill is truly unique! It's a small barn (about 700 sf) that was moved into the property and completely remodeled. It has modern touches but keeps its rustic charm. The loft contains the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the living area, dining area, bathroom & kitchenette (please note...there is no stove/convection oven). There's a nice covered porch on the front. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about an hour from Gatlinburg. We are also a short drive from the airport.
