The second floor contains two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are great for littles or light sleepers and are equipped with blackout curtains. The basement contains a sitting room with a cozy electric fireplace, the fourth bedroom, laundry room, and office space. The office space is equipped with an additional monitor and keyboard for convenience. Finally, in the expanded office space we have included a small wellness space with meditation and yoga amenities for you to unwind and unplug when needed. The property includes parking for 3 vehicles and a private yard that feels like an oasis in the middle of the bustle of downtown. The yard is fully fenced and contains a patio equipped with a large table and chairs for meals.
