'I recently stayed at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it's more of a 4-star hotel. The stay was generally good, with comfortable rooms and decent service. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the spa was not operational during my stay, which was a disappointment. Overall, it's an average hotel that needs to work on its amenities and services to live up to its 5-star claim. 'This is a new resort. But the amenities, rooms etc were all great. The staff was polite, prompt and very courteous all the time. My family had a very comfortable stay. They honoured our all our requests for our diabetic parents. Special mention of Ms. Sangeeta at the restaurant for serving us with a smile! The food was all so good and well made. We tried the lal maas and it was mind blowing! Some constructive feedback that can make this resort better: 1. Keep body wash, hand wash etc filled 2. Charging points on either side of the bed 3. Towels at the swimming pool 4. Instead of providing small 150-200 ml water bottles and increasing more plastic waste, provide 1 litre water per person per day 5. Keep the edges of the pool clean'
