Cozy and spacious Villa Eriksberg on the island of Kråkö by the sea. There is a bridge connection to the island. From the villa's living room there is a direct view of the sea. There is also two large sea side terraces, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. 15 km south of Porvoo, Suomenlahti 40 m, deep clay bottom, pier. Rowing boat shared with another villa. The draft of the fairway is approx. 1.5 m. Two-story wooden villa 2012, downstairs living room (TV), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, washroom/toilet, utility room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, two with one separate bed, sofa bed for two and TV in the hall, toilet, sauna (electric heater), 2 showers in the washroom, dressing room, balcony for cooling off. Upstairs, awning and air heat pump. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa. Children's equipment: travel cot, high chair, there is a baby gate at the bottom of the cottage stairs. Additional information: Wi-Fi, there is a spacious barbecue shed in the yard and a garage for two cars.The reservation includes 3 firewood in a wooden basket. A new beach sauna with a swimming pool has been built next to the villa, and the use of the guest villa is included in the price. The guest villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 3 showers, 2 toilets, a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a lounge and a heated swimming pool (available from May to October). The guest villa has a cozy sauna area with a large window facing the sea, as well as three separate bedrooms/dressing rooms and a cooling room with a magnificent view of the sea. There is also a small kitchen. The swimming pool on the terrace is available for guests to use. The sea is right next to the beach sauna, so a dip in the sea from the easily accessible pier is possible. There is an 8-person hot tub available for rent at 250 e/weekend or 350 e/week incl. towels between 1.6. and 1.11. The hot tyb is rented already filled and heated (it will be heated by four o'clock on the day of arrival, the customer will take care of the further heating of the palju himself). The price includes 3 carrying baskets of firewood. The reservation must be made two weeks before arrival. A SUP board is also available for rent for 150 euros. The ferry must be booked no later than two weeks before the start of the holiday. Note! The property is rented only to families, couples and other people who are spending a peaceful vacation. The property is not rented to groups of people under the age of 25. Bookings include final cleaning and bed linen according to the number of persons indicated (in new bookings made after 13.9.24). In the summer customers can find some games in the villa (eg. Mölkky, croquet, badminton game). Starting from June 2017 there is also a sand box for children to play in. The front garden has outdoor lights with twilight. Boat trip to Haikko Manor is approx. 800 m. The manor has a free public pier. Behind the villa's backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience. On the Kråkö island there has been a tradition to built wooden boats. In past there has been over 20 boat builders at best times. There is a boat carving museum on the island. The museum is possible to visit only by separate agreement / payment. Villa Nyåker is a high quality rental villa that is well suited for vacations, meetings or representation in the wonderful scenery of the Gulf of Finland. 70 km east of Helsinki, Suomenlahti 50 m, soft mud bottom, boat ramp, swimming steps from the pier, rowing boat. You can ask the owner about renting kayaks and sup boards. Wooden villa 2015, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two beds, one bed in the living room (passage to the washrooms). Bathroom with two showers and a toilet, sauna with electic stove, a separate toilet. Partially covered large terrace. The separate wooden heated beach sauna (completely renovated and expanded in 2020) has an atmospheric sauna room with an unobstructed view directly to the sea. The distance from the sauna to the sea is approx. 20 m. In the sauna building, there is a separate toilet, a shower in the sauna and underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor. Sound system for listening to music in the sauna room and outside the sauna building. In front of the saun is a terrace. In connection with the beach sauna, there is a separate dressing room/bedroom. Upstairs there are three beds. On the beach sauna thre is available a hot tube for an additional fee, rental possiblity during April 1. - 30.11. The price of the hot tube is 285 euros/ week. The customer takes care of filling and heating the hot tub according to the instructions given. Payment is agreed directly with the owner. You can also ask the owner about kayaks and sup boards for rent. In this destination, reservations start at 17:00 and end at 11:00. The sunny plot with 200 m of shoreline and there is a road on the side of the backyard, which can be busy with traffic in the summer. The entrance to the plot is closed with a boom. There is also a nice separate barbecue shed in the yard, outside of which there is a gas grill for cooking. Upscale catering service is available at Villa Nyåker by advance order and for an additional fee. Possibility to also have a chef and a waiter on site. The reservation must be made no later than two weeks in advance, booked directly from the owner.
