Very modern, comfortable house "Montec", 3 storeys. In the centre of Hippach 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 7.7 km from the lake, 2.7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 5 cars). E-charging station. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 1.2 km, bakery 600 m, bicycle rental 1.5 km, pub garden 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 550 m, indoor swimming pool 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 20 m, gondola lift 2.7 km, slopes 4 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Europahaus 5.6 km, Schaukäserei Mayrhofen 5 km, Krimmler Wasserfälle 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Zillertal-3000 2.7 km, Zillertal Arena 7 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 24 km. Hiking paths: Wasserfallweg Stilluptal, Schönachtal.
