So disappointed- our entire room stank of smoke, especially the main bedroom, absolutely disgusting and so unhealthy. We had to do an inventory check which took half an hour- we had no idea where things were. Lots missing so good job we did as said if we didn’t report it within 24 hours we could be charged. I have never come across this before! Bathroom radiator didn’t work and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable with the whole apartment being quite unwelcoming. The manager was really lovely and very helpful but there was nothing they could do in terms of the room. They changed the pillows but that did nothing. They did fix the radiator. Pool etc was our reason for booking, but hammam out of action all week, and pool v cold. We are waiting for the parent company to reply to our complaint- the manager wrote to them, and we did. They told us we had to go through the company we booked through even though our issue isn’t with them. We have written to them and they’ve passed our complaint on. I would never stay here again, no redeeming feature other than their manager.
