Quiet, southwest facing with a splendid view of the estate and the mountain, this chalet benefits from exceptional sunshine. Departure and return on skis.
Independent entrance, ski room with boot dryer, two 9m2 terraces with deckchairs.
Living room: non-convertible sofas, wood stove, dining area with family table, TV with cable channels.
Bedroom 1: 160 double bed, Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (possibility of sticking them together). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, semi-bunk. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, semi-bunk.
2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Parquet and wood floors, careful decoration.

Une semaine de ski parfaite
L'appartement est idéalement situé pour un départ et un retour à ski (50m de la piste).L'appartement est très bien équipé, la vue est remarquable.L'accès aux commerces par le sentier est une belle promenade. Nous étions 5 et nous recommandons tous cette location.A bientôt.

Très agréable séjour aux Arcs !
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce très joli chalet au pied des pistes. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et chaleureux ! L’agencement sur 2 niveaux permet également de bien séparer les espaces nuit et jour, pour plus de confort et de tranquillité. Le départ ski aux pieds n’est qu’à quelques dizaines de mètres, une localisation idéale.

Séjour au top dans un environnement très cosy
Le logement est exactement conforme aux instructions laissées par le propriétaire. Nous y avons séjourné à sept adultes et n'avons manqué de rien à propos des installations, des services et équipements. Le local à ski est un plus!

Beau duplex, pièce à vivre très agréable et belle vue sur les montagnes et la vallée
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce beau duplex très confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Les contacts avant et pendant le séjour se sont très bien passés. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Le local à skis avec sèche chaussures est hyper pratique.
Quelques inconvénients tout de même : les chambres aux lits superposés sont petites pour des adultes, le sentier d’accès était boueux et peu pratique et il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour aller à la station.

Chalet très agréable
Chalet très agréable et confortable. Cuisine parfaitement équipée avec suffisamment de couverts pour 8.
Ski room très pratique.
La piste n'est pas loin, mais on ne part pas skis aux pieds.
Il faut mieux décrire l'emplacement du chalet, nous ne l'avons pas trouvé tout de suite.
Nous avons tous passé une très bonne semaine, le chalet a été apprécié par tous.

Superbe sejour
Très bonne semaine de ski passée entre amis dans ce logement très confortable. A savoir : le logement est accessible depuis la station en navette gratuite, si vous n’avez pas de voiture prévoyez de vous organiser pour les courses ! (Les matinaux pourront aller chercher le pain à ski en saison, et revenir par les pistes. C’est testé et approuvé!)

Excellent séjour
Chalet très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé.
Bien situé au pied des pistes, un peu éloigné du centre des Arcs 1600 (chemin piéton pas éclairé et verglacé).
Ski-room très appriéciable.

Agréable appartement à proximité des pistes
L’appartement sur 2 des 3 étages du chalet est très agréable. L’équipement ménager et le canapé ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse. Si la vue en second plan sur les montagnes est très appréciable, la vue immédiate sur le parking est plus décevante.
Bon séjour cependant.
