Three bedroom, two bath main floor house on the East Bountiful bench. Easy freeway access. Beautiful view. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Room 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed twin over double bed. Room 3 has a double bed. Extra bath includes a tub. House also includes a living room with TV and piano, dining room and full kitchen with breakfast nook. There is also a balcony. WiFi included. Excellent It was such a cute and lovely place to stay. We were all so impressed with how accommodating it was for our group of 7. I only had to reach out twice with some questions but he got back to me right away. And the porch out back was such a wonderful place to unwind after the busy exploring days. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood This house is in a great location. Extremely quiet and easy access off 500W to get into town or freeway quickly. Lots of room, much more then we needed. It was clean and the neighborhood was pleasant. Would stay here again when in town with multiple people.

Definitely needs cleaning after each stay The hous was perfectly located for us in a very nice neighborhood, it is a veru spacious house with plenty of sleeping accommodation but unfortunately it was way too dirty, as soon as we opened the door were greeted by a dusty smell, there was lots of dust everywhere, every appliance in the kitchen was greasy, lots of crumbs in and under the toasters but the cherry on top was the bathrooms the toilets were just filthy like someones bowels exploded and even the toilet seats were soiled, there was lots of hairs and mildew in the shower and bathtub, the good thing is that we found the cleaning supplies and well we had to take care of things before being able to use the bathrooms which is not the most pleasant experience. The house is nice and if it would be clean I would've given it 5 stars.

Cute little place The house was absolutely cute. And the space was more than enough for our family of 4. The house has a lot of charm. A little dusty and musky smell. But otherwise a great place. We would definitely stay again if we needed to.

Fabulous We were in Salt Lake for a family reunion. This location was about eight minutes away from the main location we were meeting at. The house was excellent! And we will definitely consider it the next time we come back.
