After a disastrous 7 5 hour drive to the hotel yesterday the 4th of July 2025, your receptionist, Jane was a breath of fresh air. Jane was so friendly and welcoming, my mood from the drive was totally changed. Jane couldn't have been more helpful, and for the 1st time in a long time, Jane asked if she could book a table for me, which I happily excepted. I was going to go to the supermarket and get something, but Jane's pleasant attitude convinced me to eat in the restaurant, a meal I fully enjoyed, from ordering, been served and eating it. Even the chef who was helping in bar was wonderfully helpful and chatty. When I checked out this morning, I think it was Bekky was wonderful this morning. The only criticism I can give the hotel was the shower. Worked great, but it's a fixed head which makes washing soap from lower body somewhat harder as I can no longer do hand stands. All in all, the hotel was great and very quiet. Please make sure Jane is informed as she really is a credit to your staff, and after 30yrs in the hotel trade, I don't say that on a whim.
