Best Hotel good clean bad shower

Excellent reception 'fine tuning' our needs. Due to a temporary mobility issue we were able to get a first floor room changed to a ground floor room. Car parking was also available opposite the entrance, making for a short trip with cases. The staff were all giving the impression that we were going to be well looked after. This applied to both the accomodation and the dining sides of the set up. This provided for a very 'chilled out' stay.

Visited this hotel for many years for business, Has to been said Jayne on reception is the most helpful, pleasent and welcoming lady I have ever met in hospitality, absolute pleasure every time I have been here , Always welcoming and nothing is any trouble ,lovely person to greet you soon as you walk in the door

I’m a student working at the hospital near by and have been coming for weeks at a time for 3 years. The hotel is always nice and the staff are great, especially Jane who always remembers me. Asset to your company! Little outdated rooms but it’s just for sleep/shower.

First time that we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn. We arrried at check in which was a little slow. WWE stayed in room 2. It’s the lowest room number we’ve ever had. Room and amenities were up to the usual premier inn standard and the bed super comfortable. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional. Would we stay again? We’ve already booked another night at the end of the month for another music gig in the town.
