Ho trascorso con mia moglie un meraviglioso soggiorno di 3 gg presso l'Eremo. Il personale è disponibile, cortese e preparato; la location è semplicemente favolosa: si nota il rispetto della struttura originaria e della natura circostante. Colazione da 10! Collocazione centrale rispetto a tutti i siti di maggior interesse. Se solo dovessimo muovere un appunto, secondo noi il bagno andrebbe rimodernato pur nel rispetto dell'atmosfera originaria. Ci torneremo sicuramente. P. S.: la fontana araba che attraversa praticamente l'intera struttura meriterebbe di essere studiata nelle facoltà d'ingegneria idraulica!

We stayed here 2 nights on a Sicily tour. We had a wonderful room - well a suite actually, with a truly unique (modernized) bathroom and a small terrace with a table outside. I should mention that other members of the tour group reported small rooms, so there might be some variability. As part of our tour we had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant (all excellent) and got to explore the location with the owner and hear it’s amazing history. The grounds were beautiful, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was outstanding. We only wish we had been able to spend more time there.

An amazing and unique property; our HUGE room was built in 1536, and was fantastic. Beautifully laid out, great food options and with one exception superb, attentive service. We had massages which were very good, and during our stay didn't leave the property. It's a short drive to Ragusa, which we didn't find that compelling. But this was easily one of the most unique and special places we've stayed with in half of decade of luxury travel. The one caveat: We are youngish seniors in great shape, but my wife tripped and fell while descending the marble stairs onto the marble floor, while headed to the downstairs dining room. The floors are marble throughout, and there are no handrails on any of the stairs--so be very careful. Happily my wife was fine, and the hotel very attentive afterward. Overall, a truly unique place, highly recommended.

An elegant and beautifully maintained historical property with added bonus of architectural features spanning Greek antiquity, the Knights Templar, through feudal Sicily. These, the antiques dotting the common spaces, the beautiful stone work round the property and the landscaped gardens made our stay a unique and memorable experience. I should not forget to mention the attentive staff and the generous breakfast buffets and dinners featuring locally sourced cheeses, salamis, fruit, olive oils and wines. From the Eremo della Giubiliana, we found it easy to reach the major tourist attractions of southeast Sicily including Noto and Siracuse in our car.

Quiet , peaceful , relaxing. Complete private resort & spa lost in time. Away in the countryside outside Ragusa, away from towns & villages , crowds , cars, pollution. The menu at Don Eusebio restaurant is a 5-Star delight with an awesome chef & courteous waiter service staff.Delecious menu with starters , soups, and most ingredients grown in-house. Desserts to die for. Extensive wine list for all tastes.
