카사 데 라 머시드 스위트(Casa de la Merced Suites)

酒店位置很好，離各個景點都不遠，在很熱鬧的地方，但是晚上並不吵。房型有loft有平層，我在的那個loft完全沒光線，太昏暗了。前台工作到下午兩點半，記得提前聯繫

抱歉我的點評來的很晚。這是一家很讚的酒店，它處在市中心位置可以步行去所有的景點。酒店品質很好，房間乾淨舒適且工作人員服務周到。

We had a lovely stay here. The studio itself is really nice and well equiped. Our only negative feedback would be the shower; the water is either super hot, or barely any comes out. Our studio was also on the street side of the building, which can be very loud at night. The receptionist was really nice, however, and it was lovely to have some drinks available downstairs at all times.

Good value for the cost. Nice touch of free coffee/drinks/light snacks at the front desk. Excellent location and we could walk everywhere from here. The upstairs loft bedroom was spacious and nice with a very large bed. Downstairs was a bit crowded when the pull-out couch was out. There is not always a person at the check in desk. We had some difficulty figuring out how to get back in as we couldn't read the handwriting of the number code. We should have double checked first or maybe improve our Spanish to better understand the directions!

I stayed for 3 days Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything including bus to airport. Many shops, restaurants, beach and transportation. I recommend this place. Hotel staff was friendly and it was clean.

L établissement est rénové. Problème d isolation acoustique côté rue car travaux public et beaucoup de passage touristes. Position excellente centre ville historique. Place de la Merced. Point positif boissons et café et petits gâteaux gratuits.

It was amazing , communication with the front desk leaving us all details of our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful , clean ,comfortable , had everything you need and more. The location is perfect near restaurant, parking , monuments ,Port,beach walking distace.

Had to move room as AC didn’t work. New room was bigger and AC fans worked this time but did not actually cool to requested temperature. Bathroom was nice but everything else was basic but ok. Staff were great and helpful with communication and trying to sort AC by moving room. Best part about this was the location

Petit mais propre, malheureusement pas de volets aux fenêtres et pas de porte pour fermer la chambre. Eclairage de nuit pénible et lieu très bruyant certains soirs. Situation centrale commode pour toutes les visites cependant.
