I stayed at this hotel from 1 June for 10 nights. Nicely situated by the beach, watch out for all the front row sun beds saved early in the morning, nothing is done about this. The beach is course sand but gets pebbly as you get to the waters edge. Wear beach shoes. It's not easy getting in and out of the water. You can walk to Budva, I would suggest going early evening and have a stroll around the harbour when it's not so hot, nice atmosphere. Check out the trips on offer along the prom, TUI is expensive. Lovely room on second floor, very comfortable beds and pillows. No balcony that you could sit on or even hang swimming items to dry. Hotel very clean and I enjoyed all of the food. I found the staff to be friendly with the exception of one or two. Reception were always very helpful and friendly. The one thing that did not go down well was the lack of entertainment. TUI advertise that the hotel has evening entertainment but apparently this does not start until the second week of June (I understand it didn't happen then either). We were All Inclusive and were not allowed to take our drinks to the El Gusto bar (part of the hotel) which had entertainment every night. We were left to drink at the Stars Bar with nothing. Thank goodness we found some lovely people to talk to. Also, the pool bar wasn't open, very unusual. They do need to change things for the All Inclusive. I enjoyed the holiday being away with family.

Nice bed, beautiful view, very clean. The room is probably a bit small, not every room should have a couch. The shower room opening is large, inevitably the whole room gets wet when used. Good food, nice spa, beautiful beach, comfortable beach chairs and towels.

I would lie I I said that I liked my stay. Because I actually LOVED it!! One of my greatest hotel experiences so far, everything was great, staff is very attentive and always helpful. I wish there was much more people like this Belarus guy Ruslan!! Never thought that Belarus is so good at table tennis hahaha Ruslan, hopefully this dude will be representing Belarus in Olympics he deffo has all the qualities for it!!

Check in... Easy enough. Pleasant staff and as I needed assistance with my bags (I use a walking stick) they organised a porter to take my bags to my room. He was very nice but he refused a tip. I noticed tipping was not readily expected. In the room I had, there was a free safe, plenty of wardrobe space and sufficient power sockets throughout. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The bathroom had a walk in shower and hairdryer. There's a TV in the bedroom which had channels for all guests, including BBC and Sky news and a couple of English language movie and documentary channels. Food .... Ok... Hits and misses. There was something for everyone but I did find for myself, vegan options were limited. However, I didn't go hungry. If you are a meat and fish lover, you will certainly enjoy the offerings. Bar... The service was ok. It did feel at times that the staff, who were all lovely and willing to do their best to serve were a little overwhelmed when it was busy. I was there in low season. I think this would've been frustrating in high season. The hotel was spotless in all areas. The pool area was very quiet as I was there in low season. Not all the bars were open around the pool and there was no scheduled evening entertainment. That was fine for me. There is an outdoor stage and seating area so in high season this would be nice to sit out and watch. There are plenty of sunbeds. One thing I didn't like was people smoking by pool. I found it unpleasant. There are enough bar and seating areas around the grounds to go smoke. However this was just a minor annoyance. There is also a beauty salon offering massages, beauty treatments and hair styling. I had 2 massages, one relaxing one medicinal, a pedicure, manicure and a hair cut. All were great, reasonable price and the therapists were lovely. For the stay there is a $1.50 a day tourist tax payable on check out. I was staying there Half board. It suited me. Anything extra was charged to my room and I paid the bill on check out. I enjoyed my stay here as a female solo traveller. I felt safe at all times. Hotel WIFI was really good too. MONTENEGRO was lovely and this hotel was perfect for me. Good location to Budva old town too. Leaving the hotel from reception, walk up the hill, at the top of the road turn left. Walk a couple of minutes until you see a tunnel with small sign. BUDVA OLD TOWN. Just walk through the tunnel, underpass, and you will see the old town when you come out the other end. It's a 2 mile walk. All flat with plenty of seats along the way. I managed this with my walking stick. It's flat enough for wheelchair users too. If you leave the hotel by the back pool area through the hotel beach bar and turn left you can walk along another flat promenade where you will find small beach areas bars and restaurants. I would definitely return.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern however bathroom was very small. Also no ironing or coffee/tea facilities. Pool and beach areas were large and suitable with drinks service available. El Gusto restaurant at back of hotel closed very early in evening during our visit but when open food and drink were very tasty and reasonably priced. Same can be said for Mika cafe at front of hotel. Spa facilities also available indoor when weather wasn't so good. Lost of bars and restaurants close by along beach boulevard. Walk into Budva old town for culture and nightlife approx 40 mins. Would recommend this hotel for a quiet short stay in May.
