We are usually very happy with Premier Inn, in fact it is the hotel of choice when we are looking to book a night or weekend away but the experience in this particular hotel was poor. No toilet paper when we arrived, so we had to go down to reception to get some, only one towel was found when we went to shower (even though the booking was for two people) this resulted in another trip to reception and delayed our evening, as the person leaving the room had to take the key card with them to get back in, so the person left in the room was unable to start getting ready as the lights all went off. The following morning we decided to have breakfast and there was a note on the door that it was unavailable except for those who had prepaid. Overall we are extremely disappointed.
