Good job. Great staff. I’d go there anytime. Delicious food provided. Easy to change the dates. Communication is far too easy.

I enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable bed. Staff very accommodating!

We are usually very happy with Premier Inn, in fact it is the hotel of choice when we are looking to book a night or weekend away but the experience in this particular hotel was poor. No toilet paper when we arrived, so we had to go down to reception to get some, only one towel was found when we went to shower (even though the booking was for two people) this resulted in another trip to reception and delayed our evening, as the person leaving the room had to take the key card with them to get back in, so the person left in the room was unable to start getting ready as the lights all went off. The following morning we decided to have breakfast and there was a note on the door that it was unavailable except for those who had prepaid. Overall we are extremely disappointed.

Stayed one night for the Rugby League Final at Wembley. Friendly and efficient welcome. Room and beds very clean and comfortable. Evening meal reasonably priced with the meal deal that member of staff kindly mentioned to us and saved us money. He was very helpful. Apologised for slight delay due to a large order and was busy with rugby supporters. Food cooked real nice and tasty. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

I have not yet slept the night, however I am extremely impressed with the quality of food and the service. I am also very impressed with the hospitality and kindness of Blaise, who was not only very friendly and was a lovely person to talk to, but also did a superb job.
