Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel

Location was good but the place was a little run down. Bathroom maintenance was not the best for people are quite particular about cleanliness. I would rate cleanliness 3.5 stars. Staff were friendly and help. The 2 bedrooms suite we had was spacious and it had a full kitchen and dinning room which was really good for family with children. Overall experience was okay. The bedrooms were one floor above the living and dinning room. You need to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Something to take note.

16 of us went for a friends 40th from Newcastle. We picked this place as we stayed in the big penthouse for my hen 7 years earlier and loved it. We were all on first floor which was ideal for going to each others rooms- and ideal for couple of smokers who didn’t have far to travel to get outside. Rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need. Staff are amazing so friendly and nice when coming and going. A few of the ladies stayed out longer than others so needed to be let into rooms etc- never a bother for the staff. They are kind and helpful. One young lad helped my sister with a delivery from deliveroo that went wrong 😂 Would definitely come back again- lovely place and staff- they have a real family feel that I haven’t found much with staffing in hotels

Absolutely delighted with our apartment. So spacious and comfortable. Cosy too, which was very important when we came in from the cold. Very comfortable bed, good towels. Very pleased to be able to make a cup of tea on arrival and find some milk sachets in the fridge. Breakfast not available on weekdays in the winter but chanced upon an excellent cafe called Pocket 2 mins walk away. Highly recommended for their comprehensive breakfast menu, or delicious sweet & savoury bakes all day long.

Lovely apartments situated in a Central location, everything within touching distance, Albert Dock a short Walk away but Hanover Street itself has everything you could need on a weekend break, bars, restaurants top notch in that area. The staff on reception were all really welcoming and helpful.

Thos was our second visit to Posh Pads, and it didn't dissapoint. Lovely helpful ladies on reception. Rooms were the perfect temperature, beds and pillows amazing. Can't wait to come again next year, wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Liverpool.

This place is gorgeous. I recently stayed here and I couldn’t fault it. From the minute we entered the wonderful girl on reception, I believe her name was Ellie, greeted us and made us feel so at ease and helped us check in and make the whole experience much more enjoyable. She is a credit to the company and little things like that often go unnoticed so I believe it was well worth the mention. The rooms were great and very well cleaned and still within an affordable price range. Will definitely stay again.
