베드 & 브렉퍼스트 카세 오스티(Bed & Breakfast Case Osti)

Property was conveniently 6km outside of Bologna with gate for security. We had a rental car so that was reassuring. This B&B is located on a busy road so traffic is loud very early in the morning. Pool & outdoor seating area was not maintained and rather dirty- we booked this property because of warm weather and it had a pool .. pictures in the listing looked nice , but in person was not as represented. The room itself was decent & had a larger shower which was a bonus. During check in, we were asked not to open the bedroom window because an outdoor spray was done the day before to kill off stink bugs (June bugs). Had we known this about the property and that the outdoor area & pool was basically unusable- we would have booked a different property or hotel. Bed was a memory foam mattress- firm

Incredible! I chose this property because of the location (close to the airport). It was a short drive to the University. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Bologna. Very nice owners, super clean and the pool is much nicer than the pictures show.

B&B Case Osti has great reviews on both TripAdvisor and ***********, which is one reason why I booked it. Proximity to the Bologna airport was the other. While it does lie close to the airport, I cannot understand why the review praise it so highly because our experience was anything but praiseworthy. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because there was no sign on the street identifying it. We did have help from our GPS, but it said that we had arrived at our destination when there was no evidence of the hotel. When we mentioned it to the young woman who checked us in, she said that lots of other people had no such difficulties. Maybe so, but not a good way to welcome guests who had experienced such a problem. She also pointed out how the name of the hotel appeared near the gate on a small metal plaque that one could only read if close up, and this was presented as an example of how there was adequate signage. Later we spoke with a woman who owns the hotel, and she said that she didn’t put a sign out because she didn’t want people knocking on the door looking for a place to stay. After check in we were taken to our room, which was in an annex that was outside the main complex and reminded me more of a cheap motel than what the photos on the websites represented. There was an ashtray overflowing with cigarette butts, but unlike a motel, the parking spaces near the rooms were not available to guests. Instead we had to park behind the closed gate, which was more secure but necessitated that we move our luggage a fair distance. Because of the location we needed to use three keys to gain entry to the room. In total the key ring contained seven keys, all of which we needed during our stay. The room itself was small but adequate for our one-night stay before flying out. In fairness it was clean, and the bathroom looked quite nice. The kitchenette was in the hall and was sp****ly furnished. It had dishes and pots and pans, but there was no silverware or cooking utensils. The mugs were badly stained, and there was only one glass. In the room there was a coffee maker and an electric kettle, but again not so much as a spoon or something to stir a beverage. The room had a back door that opened onto a yard that appeared to be shared with other houses and felt indifferently kept. A metal gate with a lock secured the room from yard. The chairs that the hotel apparently provided were worn, and the cushions were dirty. The room was also close to the road, so we heard lots of noise from the passing cars. As I write, the neighbor hung laundry on the makeshift clothes line and began to play a radio loudly. The area around the pool corresponded to the pictures on the websites, but we declined to use it because of our state of mind and the fact that we would need to pay an additional fee to rent towels. In summary, I wish that I had booked another place to stay, and I recommend that anybody who wishes to stay at the B&B Case Osti ch

Sono una cliente da anni di questo posto di cui ero innamorata purtroppo devo ricredermi in quanto l’host nonostante io fossi una cliente non è stato per niente tollerante nei miei riguardi . A causa di un lutto e dopo pochi giorni del covid 19 non ha voluto neanche sapere di spostarmi il soggiorno in un altro periodo più fortunato …. non dico che volevo non pagare la penale essendo già trascorso il periodo per un giorno della cancellazione gratuita , ma non ne ha voluto sapere … non mi ha spostato il soggiorno e inoltre non si è fatto scrupolo di venirmi almeno un po’ incontro … mi ha fatto pagare per intero la penale di ben 221 euro ! Senza neanche un minimo di dispiacere . Diffidate dalle persone ben distinte spesso sono le peggiori . Una cliente affezionata di questo posto . Delusione totale Sconsigliato .

Case Osti è un posto molto tranquillo. Bella costruzione ristrutturata negli ultimi anni con cura. Ho prenotato alla camera Metallica. Funzionale, ma nonostante il granito rosa in bagno...manca il bidè !!! Non so se è una pratica degli ultimi tempi, ma il *il doccino* accanto al water, non solo non è igienico...ma è molto scomodo... eppure lo spazio c'è per il bidè...basta mettere una porta scorrevole. Al piano terra, salone bellissimo. Cucina con frigo Samsung ! Bevande già in frigo; acqua depurata e pronta x l'uso. Thè di tutti i tipi, tisane, macchina del caffè con cialde. Cucina ad induzione ( che ho fatto fatica a fare funzionare - in casa ne ho una Bosch!! che va benissimo; forno pulitissimo; non si scadeva; un campanello ogni tanto mi avvisava del *non funzionamento*. Posate super efficienti. Il punto più *delicato* sono le padelle!!! Sono in pessime condizioni. Indice che 1) nessuno si mette ai fornelli 2) nessuno *verifica* le condizioni delle padelle. Migliorare ? Certo ! Eliminando tutte le padelle ( che non sono per piastra ad induzione) e le teglie, sostituendole con nuove ed adatte allo scopo. Del resto è un posto molto bello e silenzioso. Consigliato... sì, ma visto il prezzo, va avvisato il cliente della mancanza del bidè.

Buon soggiorno.ottima la stanza,molto gentilmente ci hanno dato una stanza più comoda alla piscina che si era liberata anche se ne avevamo prenotato un'altra. Ottima la possibilità di usare l'esterno e la piscina così come la possibilità di farsi la colazione al mattino a qualsiasi ora. Ottima posizione per avvicinarsi all'aereoporto. Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione ed i cuscini del letto

Lors de notre séjour dans ce bnb, où nous avions réservé 2 chambres, nous avons été très bien reçus par notre hôtesse, à la fois sympathique et professionnelle. Elle nous a conseillé une liste de restaurants et celui où nous avons mangé correspondait en tous points aux commentaires cités par notre hôtesse. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, personale accogliente e disponibile. Piscina molto bella. Critica in modo costruttivo è di mettere dei appendiabiti in stanza. La colazione è fai da te anche se con qualche miglioramento può essere migliorata.
