래디슨 호텔 카르타헤나 오션 파빌리온(Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavillion)

I prepaid trough you web but when I arrived to the hotel the money of u guys to them NO was. I had to pay again at the counter of the hotel. Need to refund my money asap. The worst situation is that I have other prepaid booking this June 1st for 2 nights. It’s going to happening again. No money available will be at the hotel ???? Need answers right now. We trusted in you.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

Not sure what vip service I got. Didn’t see a difference. Service was slow. I expect staff to be happier friendly. Wished they had more variety of food.

Amazing , just phenomenal overall experience . First of all extremely friendly and helping staff . They make you fell home . Everyone, from the valet to the reception, from room service to restaurant , from the bar to any facility, every single person is just amazing and they treat you like family . The hotel is amazing , extremely clean , modern and definitely an overall winner . It is an amazing option to have a getaway to get your mind away from business and stresses of life . That’s how my sister and myself felt . We loved the staff and the hotel so much so that we will be back end of April . We are grateful for the service and close attention we have received during our stay

Excellent check in. Very friendly personnel and our room was cleaned daily to perfection and the daily buffet breakfast was delicious

Very convenient location to airport and a good value. This was my second stay at this facility and had a great experience both times. Clean, safe, and working A/C. The on-site restaurant is top-notch - great dinner options. I would not hesitate to recommend for both business and vacation travelers.

Was a great stay love the shower! Do need better lighting in the bathroom, and microwave in room. Bed was comfortable and the best part is they surprised me for my birthday with a dessert and nice card. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Recommend it felt very safe.

We arrived early and I had called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving early and asked if there was anything that they could to allow early access to room to. They said that they would look into. Never heard anything back. They sent me to the left side of beach. There were rocks and shells in the ocean. My baggage was damaged as the handle of my $300 bad foot been ripped off during transit. The room I was waiting for was ready by noon and was not offered. I was on a rocky beach waiting for access and after checking in I got back to my room for a chap and the key didn’t work. So far a disaster. Help!
