Our recent 5-day family getaway at Bakubung Bush Lodge was an absolute dream. The lodge provided the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The staff at Bakubung were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Their exceptional service exceeded our expectations, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. The game drives were a highlight, offering us the opportunity to witness the beauty of the African bush up close. We were fortunate enough to spot various wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and zebras. The knowledgeable guides made the experience even more enjoyable with their fascinating insights. The lodge itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable accommodations and a relaxing ambiance. 내 호텔 방은 낡고 역겹습니다. 내 샤워에 곰팡이가 있었고 나는 단지 떠나고 싶었습니다. 체리 레스토랑 고객 서비스는 불명예입니다. 직원들은 무례하고 환영하지 않습니다. Sun City는 전체적으로 개조가 필요합니다. 낡고 엉뚱합니다. 직원은 고객 서비스 교육이 필요합니다. Shun De 레스토랑은 비싸지 만 실망 스러웠습니다. 나는 채식주의자입니다. 나는 채식 요리를 주문했고, 나의 식사에서 새우 다리를 발견했다 .... 그것이 새우 다리이고 다른 역겨운 것이 아니기를 바랍니다. 아침 식사, 테이블이 더러워지고 칼 붙이가 더러워집니다. 72세의 어머니는 우리가 아침 식사를 위해 떠날 때 오전 10시부터 오후 7시까지 그녀의 방에서 잠겨 있었습니다. 아무도 그녀의 도어록을 수리하는 방법을 몰랐기 때문입니다. 키 카드 메커니즘이 오작동했습니다. 어머니가 너무 많은 시간 동안 물건에 접근할 수 없다는 사과는 없습니다. We arrived at 1am, after a terrible experience at another lodge in Hartebeestpoort. We were immediately welcome, even though we hadn't booked. Service was professional, accommodating, and brilliant, from start to finish. The room was clean and ready for us. The venue peaceful, scenic - with plenty of wildlife around. Although there is development ongoing, it was never a bother, nor did it impede on us. The sky bar and restaurant was fantastic, and again the service good. Did not get a chance to try the spa out, as we had limited time. Close enough to Hartebeestpoort, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We certainly will be back.

Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.

I do NOT regret finding Club Cocomo on the internet and choosing to stay here for our long weekend which included our road race (Om Die Dam), the main reason we were in Harties. We were greeted with smiles and friendliness and showed around to our room and the place and were showed where everything is should we require the services. The place is so clean, the staff were PHENOMENAL. They all so helpful, professional and friendly and would share a chat and jokes from time to time with us. The room was perfect for what we needed and the vibe was pure bliss. What a nice little gem and the owners have gone so far with the decorating and simple little ocean themed decor and catch phrases all over was a very nice touch. It has a nice heated pool, deck chairs, tables to sit and eat or have a few drinks from the bar. A spa if you really want to treat yourself and/or partner. Highly recommend it if you want to just get away and relax in the comfort of the guest house. We will definitely be back again !

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are many activities and also a good spa (had a great massage there). Food from buffet is not really hot. Lunch (order from menu) is very good. Game drive; we were a little disappointed there a many vehicles on the road and when you see something then you have to wait because all vehicles are in line.. previous we went to a private game reserve and this was a very different experience because they can go ofroad so you come very close to the animals. So overall a pleasant stay but if you can chose I would recommend a private game reserve for game drives. Staff at reception could be more friendly! Staff from bar & restaurant very friendly.
