Thanking God for guiding us to Seasons Resort and Spa—what a blessing it was to spend our holiday there with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The resort truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved everything about our stay. The environment was peaceful, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was just right for quality time together. With the Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, we were able to stay connected and maintain our usual routines without any issues—which made the stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to Madikana, the lovely gentlemen tucked just behind the office, who took us on a guided visit of the 8-sleeper lodges. His kindness and professionalism added a personal touch, and now we can't wait to return—this time with the whole family to enjoy the space and serenity together. This resort is more than just a holiday spot—it’s a place where memories are made. We’re grateful for every moment and already looking forward to our next stay.

A special shoutout goes to Ellain at reception, who was an absolute gem—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in a breeze and set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. The views? Breathtaking. I found myself captivated by the serene landscape and hands down, I experienced the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. It felt like nature’s own masterpiece unfolding each evening. The unit I stayed in was immaculate and truly up to standard—clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. I felt right at home. Kudos to the management team, especially Amanda, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and guests felt well taken care of. Every moment at Seasons was a reminder of how rejuvenating a well-run retreat can be. I’ll definitely be back!

We arrived at 1am, after a terrible experience at another lodge in Hartebeestpoort. We were immediately welcome, even though we hadn't booked. Service was professional, accommodating, and brilliant, from start to finish. The room was clean and ready for us. The venue peaceful, scenic - with plenty of wildlife around. Although there is development ongoing, it was never a bother, nor did it impede on us. The sky bar and restaurant was fantastic, and again the service good. Did not get a chance to try the spa out, as we had limited time. Close enough to Hartebeestpoort, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We certainly will be back.

Seasons has new management and I must really commend them There were noisy neighbours who insisted on playing their music loudly . (Why people are so inconsiderate I have no idea) but Amanda the new manageress was onto it immediately. She said that we could call her any time night or day for anything ! We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant , the facilities were excellent and the pools and grounds well maintained . All in all a great week . We will be back !!!

From the reviews I read before arriving I had doubts about the property. But place was good, room exactly as shown in the pictures. Booked the spar and it was amazing with the hydro pool. They just need to recheck the prices for the alcohol in the property, it’s very expensive. Ohh need to keep an eye on the monkeys

On arrival we had to call the cleaners to clean the unit. Than the front door could not lock. The carpenter had to remove another door from another unit. This all is happening whilst we book, thinking they expecting you. The towel is very stained. They were white at some stage. The cleaners are not easily identified, uniformed, they not supervised. No senior sign of the unit, this is when you don't get toilet rolls, towels ect. Crockery is so stained, I purchased domestics from the convenient little store to clean the cups before I could serve my family a cup of coffee whilst a door is being fitted.Pool chemicals are put into the pool whilst you in the heated pool. Make sure you have 2hour + to be served dinner. My master bedroom, we had a sky view because the thatch roof is not maintained. SA is this how we attract our tourist and treat them. We had a spiral staircase with no safety rails, theregore we never used the master suite upstairs. The manager demonstrated a don't care attitude. I will never, never return to this dive. The week we stayed here, they had no bottled water on site. We had to drive out to buy water. Shocking and it is not peak season. Can you imagine what would happen during peak season. Your website is deceiving. NEVER, NEVER WILL I RETURN EVEN FOR FREE!!!!
