While at first glance, this hotel appears to be ok, once you get checked in that isn’t the case. The room is moderately clean. Bed linens were fine but tile floors were sticky. Only one elevator was working. There was trash piled up by the elevator entrance and in the hallways by the elevator. The elevator floor was filthy and sticky. Trash piled up at all the outside receptacles. My husband complained to the front desk about a problem with the room key and Ellie, front desk clerk, was rude and dismissive. Trying to get water from them was always an issue. The smell in the hallways from the trash piling up was very unpleasant. We did not bother to ask for a manager to speak to as he or she can clearly see how much garbage is around. The ladies room in tue lobby area was dirty. No toilet paper and urine all over the floor. The pool is located inside the hotel so there is water on the floors constantly. Carson who also worked at the front desk was the only pleasant person to deal with. I hope he finds a better Hilton property to work at. As someone who is a Diamond member with almost 5 million points, I would expect better from Hilton. We couldn’t even find a cart to use at checkout time. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
