Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Voco Hotel I would like to express my gratitude for the pleasant stay my family had at the Voco Hotel. We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. Overall, we had a good experience, the location is family friendly although it’s a bit far from the Haram but the free shuttle service was available. The bathroom need a bit repairing as the sink was broken, the carpets should be cleaned

Excellent hotel in an excellent neighbourhood of Makkah. 20 minutes shuttle bus journey from the hotel to Al Haram. Wide spread of breakfast. Courteous staff. Comfortable room, bed and linens. In room safe, Iron & hairdryer present.

접수의 사람은 부담없이 접해 주었고, 택시에서 내리면 짐을 방까지 옮겨 주었습니다. 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 몰이 있습니다.슈퍼마켓도 그 안에 있고, 푸드 코트나 세련된 카페, 옷, 향수, 인테리어 숍 등, 무엇이든 있습니다. 나의 방은 세면대로부터 누수가 있었으므로 설비의 평가를 낮게 채점했습니다만, 방은 넓고 청결하고 깨끗했습니다. 냉장고도 냄비도있었습니다. 가격도 저렴하고, 내가 갈 예정이 있던 장소에서 가까웠기 때문에 또 기회가 있으면 묵고 싶습니다.

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was big with a couple of sofas to relax on, a desk and a comfortable chair. Water, kettle, tea/coffee available in the room for free. The bathroom is also big and clean with shower gel and shampoo dispenser.  There are 6 lifts so hardly any waiting for it to come. Staff are accommodating, helpful and flexible. They go the extra mile to ensure you are pleased with their service. Any request is dealt with promptly. A pleasant stay, thank you to all staff members.

Good new hotel not so far from Haram. It is about 1km from. The service was great and the facilities is new. Shuttle bus available 24/7 and always available + efficient. Good price for a 5 star hotel in peak season. Got room with Makkah city view, clock tower and can see LMT hotel in distance. Will recommend to my friends and family and will stay again. Great hospitality, great hotel and services.
