피트니스 시설이 있는 보고타 호텔

훌륭한 호텔, 오후 9시에 문을 닫았을 때 스파 시설을 시험하지 않았습니다. 구내 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 친절하고 가장 이중 언어. 객실에는 방음 시설이 있지만 높은 층을 얻으려고 제안합니다. 쉬운 주차-전반적으로 추천

나는 호텔에 도착했고 그들은 나에게 내 방을 줄 수 없으며 내 5 박 중 단 하루 만 다른 호텔로 이사하는 척 할 이유가 없다고 말하면서 이중 확인 및 확인을해야합니다. 이 호텔로 돌아와서 말다툼을 한 후 보고타를 여행할 예정이라면 다른 호텔을 선택하세요. ---- 체크인을 진행할 때 호텔에 도착했는데 내 방이 없다고 알려줍니다. 문제가 무엇인지 알고 있습니다. 해결 방법은 하룻밤 동안 호텔을 변경한 다음 다시 숙소로 돌아가야 한다고 알려줍니다. 호텔은 직원에게 불평 한 후 결정합니다. 다른 방을주고 침대가 2 개 있는데 아내와 저에게는 해결책이 아닙니다.

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%

I checked in at 7pm on a business trip and there were no rooms. This is a complete absurd. After making a scene they finally decided to “find” a room. My colleague waited over an hour for his room. In the next evening there were buckets everywhere in the lobby area due to water leaks. The breakfast buffet was garbage - no better than a Hampton Inn. The minibar was empty and the standard room was really basic. On top of that - I’ve ordered a waffle and two bottles of water the evening I arrived and it took 90 minutes to arrive. I expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel. I’m always in Bogota on business trips and will NEVER be back to this hotel. On a positive side, the building is absolutely beautiful.

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . Dicen tener parqueadero pero no es así, piden dejar las llaves ( pero eso no lo deberían hacer ya que si le pasa algo al carro nadie responde porque no se hicenron las verificaciones, etc) , y por lo menos en mi caso, que pague para descansar a las 5am me estaban tocando la puerta para que moviera el carro y habiendo llegado a media noche, quiere decir que NO descanse y la plática que me pagué para descansar se perdió, y por otra parte los empleados son muy toscos y rayan en lo grosero para decir las cosas, en otras palabras DEFINITIVAMENTE NO ES LA OPCION SI SE VIAJA EN CARRO, QUIERES BUEN TRATO Y QUIERES DESCASAR.

호텔은 엘도라도 공항에서 차로 약 15분 거리에 있는 좋은 위치에 있어 비행기를 타야 하는 분들에게 좋은 선택입니다. 하지만 호텔의 WiFi는 모든 사람만 사용하기 때문에 네트워크 속도가 매우 좋지 않고 신호가 없는 경우가 많습니다📶

We stayed at the Four Points for roughly 2 weeks. The first week, we were in Bogota for vacation and checked in early around 10am. Rooms were not ready, so we dropped our luggage and went out for the day. Checked back in around 2pm and our room was ready. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is fantastic. The removable showerhead and water pressure was amazing. This was one of the best bathrooms I've ever stayed in. I loved that the room had openable windows, which meant we didn't have to turn on the AC and was able to get some fresh air. We had breakfast in the hotel - complimentary - about 3-4 times during our stay. It was sufficient and staff were very nice. The hotel is in a really great location. It's about a 7 minute walk to Parque 93, where all the restaurants and shops are. We were able to walk over to have dinner or shop at the Mini So (I LOVE Mini So). We unfortunately caught COVID near the end of our stay and the staff were SUPER helpful and were able to make it work so that we could stay an extra week. We stayed inside the room, only dropped off garbage, and picked up deliveries downstairs (masked of course). The openable , floor to ceiling window really helped us not feel so trapped. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
