Horror Hotel ! Pls do you a favour and don’t book this hotel! It’s waist of money! The hotel is under construction because of the elevators at this hotel! The start at 7 am with a terrible noise . But not enough the stuff at the hotel was talking the hole night on their walkie talkie in such a volume that the hole hotel was awake ! There was no chance to sleep and nobody will inform you before the booking! Pls folks, don’t do the same mistake and book here! It’s absolutely a horror hotel!

Very nice hotel. Super clean. No noice. Spacious rooms. Very convenient for exploring the city and a shot walk to the entrance of the path that takes you up to the Monsserrate. Very good service in this hotel

not even a regular trash can, tv channels are of course only Spanish and limited, no mini-fridge, no individual temperature control. Nothing better hotels provide. I had paid for 4 nights but I switched after two. Good luck if you chose this facility.

Not recommended. Walls are paper thin. Beds are hard and pillow plastic-y. We booked a room with 3 full beds and got two very small full beds and a twin. Staff would not change it for us. The hot tub was broken. There was a very loud kid party in the pool from about 3-8pm. Shower was cold. There were no hand towels or floor mats. Thank goodness I made a mistake and only booked for two nights. We can’t wait to leave. The breakfast staff were very nice and breakfast was good. Location is good being a 10 minute walk to Candelaria. Did I mention the 6a barking dog, broken TV and missing smoke alarm in the room? When can I leave??

Not an easy hotel to find, even taxi drivers struggle it. NOT a walkable hotel as it's in a bit of a dodgy area and far away from the city center. Use taxis, though you might struggle a bit to get one. Rooms are in need of refurbishing. Though everything works, it doesn't just feel old, it IS old and weathered. Clean and good beds. Breakfast is not for vegetarians. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel one night and the services was above and beyond. The staffs is amazing and the rooms was comfortable and very clean. Everyone welcome me with friendliness and a warm smile. Thank you so much to front desk staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel with my friends and family! Room 506. Stayed on November 15-16.

Ste staff is very friendly and everything works. I had a fantastic week here. The hike to Monsserate starts almost next door... There is a grat place for breakfast accross the street called panderia la torre. Great value

Good points. Nice swimming pool area. Has a gym/fitness room albeit limited. Mainly cycle and running machines. Staff polite and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean. Beds ok. Medium. Reasonable location. Staff tried to help next day with some room problems. Bad points. Rooms. No water in room. No mini bar. Showers cold first night. No welcome drink or anything on arrival after 24 hour travel. And nothing in the room. You literally couldn’t even buy any water in the room if you want it. No kettle, no mugs, no tea coffee. No anything. No shower gel. Shampoo only. Only 1 toilet roll. Only two towels. Fan not work in bathroom. Headboard literally degrading and falling apart. Two gin and ginger beers at bar in pool. £22!!!!! Uk money! Hotel 3 star maximum but with benefit of facilities like indoor pool and fitness room. Poor English or none by most staff. ( I understand maybe you could argue I should be speaking Spanish to come to a Spanish-speaking country. But this is the capital of Colombia and a tourist destination ) Room needed redecoration and maintenance. No instruction book ( where everything is etc ) Overall, for the money we paid its an okay hotel because it’s clean and has a fitness room, reasonable location and a nice pool. But some basic things really let it down like no water or tea or coffee facilities in the room. No mini bar. A greeting drink when you come in from a long trip would have made a huge difference and would all help. Personally, because these basics are missing, I would not stay here again.

El ÚNICO hotel donde las ventanas no son antiacusticas y parece que los carros pasarán dentro de la habitación, queda en frente a una avenida principal toda la noche pasan carros y camiones La "SUITE" NO tiene toallas y el jacuzzi NO tiene burbujas NO ayudan ni a cargar el equipaje
