Best place to stay on Bocas for couples or family groups. Safe, very comfortable beds, BREAKFAST INCLUDED at best restaurant on island- friendly and responsive staff- highly recommend. Coffee and fridge in our room- perfect two bedroom setup. We stayed with 3 family groups young kids and adults and we would definitely go back. We got tips from locals it is the spot. Friendly water taxi access directly across the street - shops for food and pharmacy within 500 ft and great pizza directly next door. Best part is deli next door too with great sandwiches and best wine option on island. Wonderful trip?

This hotel is conveniently located on the main ***** of the island. It is close to a lot of grocery stores, tours, restaurants, and water taxis that can take you anywhere you want. The rooms were outstanding. I had a one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the water. The water in the room was nice, having the option of hot or cold shower. The air conditioning was awesome, it had two units; one in the private room, the other one in the main area. They have a laundry service that was convenient, since you are busy doing so many tours, swimming, diving, etc., it is nice that they have this available; same day service or next day service, depending on when you turn in your laundry. They had a nice breakfast available at a restaurant down the street called, Buena Vista. Great food and excellent service. I went with a group of friends, there was 13 of us and we had a blast. The only problem was that the elevator did not work for 3 days. Despite the inconvenience, I will be returning to this hotel.

I think the main appeal of this hotel is the location. It’s very close to the town center without being in the middle of the noisier areas. It’s easy to walk anywhere in town. The room we got was beautiful, spacious, and totally equipped. It had a lovely view of the ocean and a hammock to chill outside. The air conditioning worked like a charm, there were water dispensers all over the property, and the internet connection was very good. The elevator is tiny, but it does the job. Breakfast is included, in a nearby restaurant. The options there were very good, and it’s a lovely spot to eat with a little dock. Overall this is a great choice in Bocas. Worth the price.

Hotel Palma Royale was a good property, we stayed in the suite so we had a kitchen, which was fun as we were able to cook and entertain friends that also traveled with us. Its a cozy hotel, and has all you will need. However, there are water jugs in the hallways for guests; it ran out and we called letting know, they mentioned it wouldnt be refilled until the next day because "there wasnt many guests staying that night". The elevator is very small as well, literally only fits 1 person and their luggage or 2 people without luggage. Other than that it was a decent property and focal location.

The property is on the corner of the island, so it is less noisy, but the property is not on the water like many other hotels. Rooms were clean and maintained with AC and Water (drinking and bath). My only complain is airport pick up. I didnt know that airport pick was available, so we took self-paid taxi. However, hotel staff mentioned that only one way is provided by the hotel which didnt make sense. Overall, good experience.

I enjoy the place and the hotel. Front desk was amazing and helpful. Hotel was great woth the 3rd and 4th floor with great view of the ocean. Great restaurant around the area with walking distance. I would return to Boca del Toro and stay at the same hotel.

My husband and I stayed two nights. The ladies at the reception are super sweet, spoke English very fluently. We were very pleased with our room (403). We enjoyed the sun rise and set over the stunning ocean view from our balcony. We did have a problem getting the balcony door open but staff showed up very quickly to get it opened for us. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was given the street activity and neighborhood rooster. I’m a light sleeper and never heard a sound. All around lovely place and staff.
