Very clean and cozy rooms. Had everything we needed. Beautiful yard area with gazebo and fire pit. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to downtown Blowing Rock shops, park, and restaurants. We will definitely return again soon!

Really interesting and quirky property. The young man who checked us in was very good, friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the gas fire is excellent and needed in the mornings. Great location for exploring Blowing Rock, car park was full the nights we were there so if you arrive late you may need an alternative. No breakfast on site but there are options within walking distance.

This was the second time we stayed here. We love that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. There are lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to sit and relax. We enjoyed our stay both times. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the fireplace was just right for a chilly night. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to eat. I highly recommend it.

We loved our getaway at this quaint cottage! It was clear from the upkeep and friendliness that the family takes great care of the inn and cottages. The room was very comfortable, and my favorite feature of the room was the fireplace! It warmed the place up quickly! We were just seconds from Main Street, so it was a plus to walk and not have to search for a parking place. We recommend coffee at Camp Coffee and the delicious homemade ice cream sandwiches at The Blue Deer! We’d love to return soon!

Great location. All in all for us location is key. On top of that, such friendly and welcoming folks at our arrival and throughout our stay. Finding a place close to town that allows our beloved pups is key. We plan on returning and highly recommend this clean and friendly property. Well done folks.

Great room, location, and service!! The room layout was just the right size and everything was clean. The brass were comfortable including the pillows. When the decor was week thought out and very nice looking. The layout of the building gave a community feeling as well. I will look to stay here again in the future.

We had a very nice room with a fireplace! This was perfect for the cold weather. The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions for dining. I would have given our stay a 5 out of 5 except for the poor internet connectivity. In order to connect to the network or use the internet to download directions for the next leg of our trip, I had to stand outside.

The room that we stayed in was spacious and clean. We loved the fireplace that was easy to use and took the chill out of the room. The Homestead Inn is right in town within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The reason that we chose this Inn is because we were looking for a place that we didn't have move our car during our vacation.

We always stay in room #3 and it is so charming and cozy. We go at least 4 times a year. It’s so close to everything and the owners are so wonderful. It’s the perfect mountain getaway! We get the best sleep ever in that room. The fireplace creates the perfect backdrop for a cozy nap or to read. The rooms are just the perfect size. We love it there.
