Dirty room the tub has very dirty with private hairs in it there was pizza crust on carpet under ac unit the tarp on pool was not tight so it was blowing around all night so we couldnt sleep

We were only here for a quick overnight stay before I had surgery early the next morning. Check in was easy and the people who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean - no problems there. Bed was comfortable, though I didn't sleep well (a little anxiety, I imagine.) All in all a fine place to stay.

The Window Air Conditioner was very loud couldnt sleep at all !!!!! The water from shower was cold!!!!!

First it's located in a very hard to get location on a back/frontage road street in the city, a couple miles off of the highway. A busload of high school volley ball kids arrived about the same time as us and their bus blocked had our vehicle blocked in for about an hour and a half. Not a big deal but right at the time we wanted to go to dinner. We changed our plans and ordered a pizza for delivery. The TV didn't work and it took the very helpful clerk two trips to our room to fix it which he did eventually. He was very nice about it but he also mentioned it's an ongoing problem...why? the carpeting and the bathroom were filthy with nasty mod stains around the toilet. That to us was unforgivable and we would never stay there again. All together an unpleasant experience but after driving 700 miles we were just too tired to make changes. the breakfast was average. I thought the room was pricey even if it would have been clean, it's a tired hotel in need of some upgrading!

This is the first time I have stayed in a Best western I Live in,it is very clean,staff was very friendly at check in I will stay again,I will recommend to family ,friends keep up the good work,oh yes the breakfast was excellent,they had a variety 👌🙏👍

I was traveling to Branson, taking some special food items for my family and needed a refrigerator overnight. I reserved a room that specifically had a fridge. I took everything down the long hallway to the elevator and up to the room only to find the refrigerator was not cold nor was it getting cold enough to keep the food safe over night. The staff said they could replace it in the morning which defeats my purpose of keeping the food safe. They were kind enough to let me keep it in their fridge until morning. Thank you for your service and helpfulness.

Do not stay in room 220, whatever is next to the bed will knock all day and night long and you will not get any sleep. Property is great, especially for the price, just wish I could have slept.

The staff were great! Very friendly. But it Wasn’t the nicest as far cleanliness. Our room on the 2nd floor was not cleaned fully. The bathroom had a contact from someone previously on the floor, multiple handles hanging lose, the pillows were odd and not even regular sized. Never seen that before. Over all it was an okay stay. The free breakfast was nice. That seemed very clean. Most likely will not return. But it was convenient for an overnight stay.
