Personnel très pro, l hôtel est sans plus … 12€ par jours pour le parking, le spa 8€ par cession et personne Très sale, la porte du sauna mal « rafistolé » le matériel de fitness est rouillé et la salle a oublié d être nettoyé depuis un certain temps de même pour les balcons Les chambres sont faites tous les jours mais les draps sont légèrement usés (des trous pour un 4 étoiles c est moyen je trouve)

The worst hotel I ever stayed. Rooms small,smelly. You have to pay for fridge in your room,good they didn't charge for the beds. For Towels to be change you have to pay,parking pay...water paid...It left me such a bad impression, I won't be back in Spain any time soon and never to this hotel,its better to live in the tent on the beach.

Lovely hotel absolutely spotless clean and staff very friendly,I was upgraded to half-board as I booked directly with the hotel which was a bonus, unfortunately it's the only thing that lets this hotel down,the food although well presented was always cold and desserts were repurposed from the earlier lunch as they were stale..No matter what time variations we tried we never seemed to time it correctly to get proper hot food, breakfast and lunch were ok though but nothing special.Location wise the hotel is ideally located if a beach lover as it's directly behind hotel,the area in general I could only describe it as the courtown of Spain as it's surrounded with holiday camps were all the Spanish french and German come to holiday and restaurants etc are rightly aimed at these tourists,you will not hear any English speaking tourists at all this end,the other end of Blanes down by the marina and centre is much nicer a location.Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool,indoor pool is fantastic but outdoor pool is very small,you can use the pool across in the Hotel Blaumar which in my opinion is much nicer with more poolside sun beds. All in all a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel if planning to stay up this end of Blanes.

The hotel staff were fantastic and very welcoming the cleaner Nancy was fantastic always cleans our rooms every morning and did a wonderful job and the food was amazing the English chef was brilliant ask my kids what food they liked and always welcomed us the night time entertainment was really good everything was perfect thank you for making our family vacation perfect we can’t wait to come back again

Nous avions réservé 5 jours / 4 nuits une chambre au 6ème étage avec vue partielle sur la mer en pension complète et bouteille d'eau à chaque repas + place de parking pour un prix de 235 euros par personne. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain avec baignoire et accessoires de toilette. Pas de frigo et coffre fort payant. La literie était parfaite et le ménage aussi ; l'accueil chaleureux et disponible.

Ha sido una grata sorpresa, el hotel está muy bien situado a escasos metros de la playa, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal muy atento. Por la noche coincidimos con un grupo de baile que animó la velada.Me sorprendió el buffet, mucha variedad y calidad, volveremos 🥳
